ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
directions:
- preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). butter a brownie pan.
- melt 1/2 cup butter. stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. spread batter onto pan.
- bake for 25-30 minutes.
no pictures of these unfortunately, but my bf and i did like them! i added chocolate chunks. the pan i used was a tad too large and they didn't turn out as tall as i would have liked, so keep in mind that they won't rise much and spread the batter accordingly.
